Aluminum bendable nose wires with adhesive backing.  Comes in a 10 pack.  Helps mold the mask across the bridge of your nose for a custom fit. It also prevents glasses from fogging up by providing a tight seal around the nose area. 

Just peel and stick on the outside of your mask or through the filter pocket.
