Small- Approx. 24 inches from back under arm to under arm.  Approx. 34 inches from top shoulder to bottom back of cardigan. 

Medium- Approx. 25 inches from back under arm to under arm.  Approx. 35.5 inches from top shoulder to bottom back of cardigan. 

Large- Approx. 26 inches from back under arm to under arm.  Approx. 38 inches from top shoulder to bottom back of cardigan.
